TH bucket elevator is a kind of round-link chain bucket elevator which is the upgraded product of HL endless chain centrifugal bucket elevator. The TH bucket endless chain centrifugal bucket elevator uses hybrid or gravity discharging and digging loading. This elevator has long service and the changing of the rim is simple and convenient.
This elevator has stable operation, low noise, convenient maintenance and long service life. The main case uses thickened steel plate with good rigidity. The maximum temperature of the materials to be conveyed can reach 250℃. The endless chain is casted with low alloy steel and processed with carburizing and quenching, so that it has high strength of extension and wear-resisting property.
TH series bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powdery, granulate and small-sized non-rubbed materials. TH series bucket elevator is a type of round-link chain bucket elevator that uses hybrid or gravity discharging and digging loading, and the traction device adopts good alloy steel round-link chain with long service life and simple rim changing. The bottom part uses gravity automatic take-up device to maintain constant tensile force and avoid slipping or chain falling.
