TD75 general and fixed belt conveyor is widely used for conveying bulk materials and piece articles in such industrial departments such as metallurgy, coal, transportation and water and electricity due to its advantages of big conveying quantity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and high generality. According to the specific conveying requirement, one belt conveyor can be used, or several belt conveyors can form or with other conveying machines form horizontal or slant conveying system.
The conveyance is stable and there is no relative movement between the materials and the belt, so that it can avoid the damage to the conveyed materials. The noise is low; so that it suitable to be used in places that require quiet. What is more, it has simple structure, easy maintenance, low energy consumption and low using cost.
Belt conveyor is a machine that is driven by the frictional force and conveys materials in a continuous manner. When this machine is used, the materials can from a material conveying flow from the initial material supply point to the final material discharging point in a certain conveying line. It can not only convey broken and bulk materials, but convey piece articles.
