This product is a new type pneumatic rotary cement packing machine with unique characteristics developed to solve the problem of domestic rotary cement packing machine and its weighing device is called microcomputer balance. It has many types such as sixth-mouth, eight-mouth, ten-mouth, twelve-mouth and fourteen-mouth, and even since it was launched in the market, it has running well and taken the leading side among the same products, so that it the ideal equipment for the cement packing in modern large and medium-sized cement plants.
This series of rotary cement packing machine has the features of novel design, unique structure, and stable performance and well adapted to the domestic industry. It has good sealing performance, strong packing ability, high automatic degree, simple operation and maintenance and only one person is needed in the production process. This machine adopts electromagnetic valve cylinder to control the ash, so that it has the advantages of low failure rate and maintenance fees.
When this series of packing machine works, the electrical part controls the mechanical part and drives the discharging impeller part to quantitatively fill the materials to the packaging bags that are able to automatically seal, and combine several identical filling units on a cylinder which can horizontally rotate around an axis. Other than manual filling, this machine can also automatically complete filling and weight measurement.
