Advantages

HXSZ series of bulk cement loader is composed of feeding machine, spiral gate, pheumatic discharging valve, aerating air blower, bulk discharging head, full material control device and electric control cabinet. The pneumatic actuator is fast to open and close and simple in structure and reliable in working condition. The aerating air blower is the conveying device from the discharging switching valve to the bulk discharging head and it has the advantages of big adjustable range of the conveyance amount, convenient maintenance and low energy consumption.

The bulk loading automobile drives to the specified spot and makes the feeding mouth of the jar just under the discharging head. Turn on the elevator mechanism to lower the discharging head to the discharging mouth of the automobile, and the slack line switch will automatically cut the power. Turn the discharging entrucking switch, the filling solenoid and the pneumatic discharging valve, and the centrifugal blower, bag type dust collector and the full material control device will begin to work. The feeding machine blows air into the warehouse to make the materials in it become loose and can easily flow, and the materials will go into the bulk discharging head and to the automobile through the pneumatic discharging valve and the air conveying chute.
