Rock phosphate is mostly produced from sedimentary rock, metamorphic rock or igneous rock. Generally, phosphorus exits in the state of orthophosphate. Apatite is the main source of phosphorus. Industrial phosphorus is extracted from rock phosphate, which can be made into white phosphorus, redphosphorus, phosphoric acid,phosphatic fertilizer and phosphate.
There are crushing, grinding and beneficiation stages in the whole process. Three-stage closed circuit crushing is the latest process in crushing rock phosphate with high hardness. The process can achieve crushing and partial grinding work which enhances follow-up grinding efficiency. Two-stage and one closed circuit high efficiency grinding technology can fully grind rock phosphate.
