Cement ball mill is a large ball mill machine researched and manufactured in domestic market and it uses dual-slide-shoe bearings. Compared with hollow shaft grinding mill with the same specification, slide-shoe bearing powder grinding plant has many advantages such as high strength of grinding cylinder, high stability and high output. It is the key equipment of the whole 1.2 million ton cement making production line project, for this reason, in the whole technical process, it is indispensable. In the installation process, it can be never too careful to use scientific construction method and advanced technology test means and strictly control the quality of every installation procedure to ensure long time of stable, excellent and highly efficient operation of this machine.

The installation procedures of cement ball mill are complicated, which mainly include the following:

1. Foundation acceptance. Make preparations for the installation of the equipment and carefully check the foundation, which is the first and most basic procedure.

2. Pre-bury the target and basically rule. Well measuring the size for the assembly of cement mill is also one of the preparation processes.

3. Check the equipment that leaves the stock. Besides the usual inspection, pay attention to check the contact condition of the slide shoe bearing bush and the slide ring of the grinding cylinder.

4. Install the slide shoe bearing. First install the pedestal and screw down the foundation bolts.

5. Final assembly and debugging. After installing the slide shoe bearing, assembly the other parts, and then carry out debugging on the equipment before powder grinding.
